by locals

Historical sites, natural wonders, cultural quirks and some of the most memorable nights of your life. Although such a small country, Malta has so much to offer that even for someone who has lived on the Islands his whole life, there is always someplace new to explore.

In order to make the most of your stay on the islands, be it for a short holiday or a much longer experience, it would be helpful to get familiar with its geography. The country is made up of 3 inhabited islands, Malta, Gozo and Comino, as well as a number of smaller islets dotting the shoreline.
